These simple terms set expectations for use of Bloomdata's public website and participation in the Bloomdata Data & AI Community and Foundation Programme.
The Bloomdata website provides information about Bloomdata, its products, initiatives and programmes. You may use the public site for lawful informational and participation purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass or misuse security controls, registration endpoints, administrator functions or other systems.
The Foundation Programme is a free, CSR-focused guided learning initiative. Registration is an expression of interest and does not guarantee acceptance or placement in a particular cohort. Cohort timing, session arrangements and programme content may change as needed.
The programme is intended to develop broader foundations, practical thinking and independent learning. It is not a certification programme and Bloomdata does not promise a qualification, employment outcome or particular commercial result.
Contributor registration expresses an interest in sharing experience, mentoring, technical perspectives, real-world problems, programme feedback, resources, tools, venues or other support. Submitting the form does not create an employment, partnership, sponsorship or other obligation for either party. Any specific collaboration can be agreed separately when relevant.
Participants and contributors should act respectfully and responsibly. Do not submit or share material that you are not authorised to disclose, including confidential employer/client information, credentials, personal identity numbers, financial details, harmful code or unlawful content.
Bloomdata may restrict participation or communication where reasonably necessary to protect learners, contributors, the programme or its systems.
Bloomdata's website design, branding and original materials remain the property of Bloomdata or their respective rights holders. Third-party names, products and resources remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
Where participants or contributors voluntarily share material, they should only share content they are permitted to use. Ownership or reuse terms for substantial contributed material should be agreed separately where needed.
Bloomdata may update, move, suspend or discontinue website features, cohorts or programme activities. External links and third-party tools are provided for convenience and are governed by the relevant third party.
Bloomdata takes reasonable care with website and programme information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item is complete, current or suitable for every purpose.
